How can I join a scheduled outing?
The size of our groups is a maximum of 10-15 passengers. To check our scheduled departures, visit Scheduled Departures.
How much advance notice should I have to book my trip?
In case your tour includes Machu Picchu, we preferably recommend booking two weeks in advance or more. In high season, it is suggested to make a reservation a month or more in advance. High Season: From May to August

We are a family and we want to organize our trip to Peru. What do you offer us?
Each itinerary or service package is carefully designed and tailored to the needs of every family, age group, tastes, and preferences.
Do you offer the Inca Trail?
We do not offer the Inca Trail service as part of our services.
Do you sell airplane tickets?
Yes, in some of our experiences, airplane tickets are included. However, we do not offer standalone services for the sale of air tickets. For more details on experiences that include flights, you can check Scheduled Departures.

To travel to Peru.
Do I need any vaccines to travel to Peru?
Currently, the COVID-19 vaccine is an essential requirement for safe and smooth travel. Additionally, if you plan to visit the Peruvian jungle, you will also need the yellow fever vaccine. The latter must be applied at least 10 days before the trip to be effective.
What are the COVID-19 protocols we should follow?

Do I need travel and/or trip cancellation insurance?
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and considering cancellation insurance for your visit.
Do I need a passport to enter Peru?
If you are a citizen of Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay or Uruguay, you do not need a passport to enter Peru. You can use your national identity card due to agreements between these nations. If you are traveling from Mexico, the United States or the European Union, you will need a passport. Make sure your passport is current and valid for more than six months from the date of your travel.
Why is the passport expiration date important?
The passport expiration date is important because tourist stays in Peru can last up to 90 days, or in some cases, up to 183 days. You don't want to run the risk of your passport expiring while you're in Peru
What should I do if my passport is lost or stolen?
Losing or having your passport stolen is always an uncomfortable situation. The first thing you should do is report the theft or loss to the police and keep a copy of the report they provide you. Then, apply for a new passport at the consular office or embassy of your country of origin. Make sure you have the necessary documentation to obtain a replacement passport.
Do I need a tourist visa for Peru?
Some countries require tourist visas to enter Peru, while others do not. Here we provide you with detailed information about different regions:
- North America: Citizens of Canada, the United States and Mexico DO NOT need a tourist visa to enter Peru.
- Central America and the Caribbean: Citizens of Cuba, El Salvador, Haiti and Nicaragua DO need a tourist visa. The other countries in this region do not require it.
- South America: Only Venezuelan citizens need a tourist visa to enter Peru. From Argentina to Colombia, including Brazil and Suriname, they do not need a visa.
- Europe: Most countries in the European Union DO NOT need a tourist visa to travel to Peru. However, some European countries, such as Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia and Kosovo, do require a visa. If you are a permanent resident of the countries of the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia and Mexico), Peru exempts you from applying for it.
What is the TAM – Andean Migration Card?
The Andean Migration Card is an essential document that you will receive when entering the country. You must keep it and also take a photo of it. Without an entry registration, immigration authorities will not allow you to leave the country. If you don't keep it, you will have to start a complex and expensive process to prove when and how you entered Peru. Make sure you register your entry correctly when you arrive in Peru, especially if you entered through a border.
